Welcome to our charming apartment, where comfort and convenience meet in perfect harmony. It is located near the city centre whilst also being in a peaceful and serene neighbourhood come night time, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work. Step into the first bedroom and be greeted by a luxuriously appointed queen-sized bed. This elegantly furnished room also features an en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. you'll find a delightful second bedroom that is equipped with a cozy bunk bed, offering an inviting space for families or friends traveling together. (this makes a total capacity of 4 people) As you move through the room, you'll discover a charming and intimate dining setup, that has been thoughtfully arranged. Located nearby a second bathroom awaits in the living area, providing both functionality and accessibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer are a TV , AC for heating and cooling, washing machine/dryer combo ,iron and hair dryer. In total the unit spans 96 square meters. HOUSE ROULES 1- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests. 2- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 3- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions. 5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time. 6- Parties are forbidden. 7- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.  8-  Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person, plus commission. 9- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros. 10- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel. 11- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed. 12- The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage. 13- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc. 14- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street. 15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you. 16- Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.

(this makes a total capacity of 4 people) There is of course a fully equipped and modern bathroom inside the accommodation. you'll encounter an indoor terrace that beckons you to unwind in style. There are a charming table and a comfortable couch included it offers a serene setting for savoring a cup of coffee, engaging in conversation or simply relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. HOUSE RULES 1-In order to have access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in online first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. (except from Airbnb) Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out. 2. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property. The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day. 2-Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am.
